Looking for a Ghost Themed OpPrison Spawn! (30$ Budget)

Hi,

I am YourPanda, and I am looking for a Ghost Themed OpPrison spawn. If you can do this for me, please let me know! My budget is 30$, so if you can work around my budget that would be great. I am looking for around a 100x100 or a max of 150x150. If we can maybe meet in the middle and do a 125x125 if you do not want to do 150x150, then that would be great.

Anyhow, it needs to be ghost themed, so spooky, and so on. Maybe a graveyard, and some ghosts floating around, fog in the air, dead and alive trees, as well as 4 rooms on the sides, one for crates, one for staff, and one for the casino, and one open one for us to make whatever we need. Each room needs to be over 30x30 in size. 30x30 is the smallest it can be, but bigger would be better for us.
