Sorry, but what's oversold about PebbleHost? They have a great reputation and they share their public node statistics and the cpu usage is great all or most of the time, server specs are great for the price and it's actually better and more competitive than other hosts. Again, I'm just showing respect for such a reputable host and I hate to see such bad things.

While PebbleHost does use OVH servers, most other hosts use OVH as well. This allows PebbleHost to upgrade at a much faster rate because there is no need to purchase new hardware. PebbleHost has top of the line hardware and at a much cheaper price. Most hosts charge $2-$3 for this hardware.
An IP lookup will show the provider. I'm curious what provider you believe they use.
