Alright, sorry for not being specific, here is some more about my skills and what I am looking for! I am a graphic designer and I own a drawing tablet, so I will be able to make hand drawn art for us. I know HTML and CSS and I am able to make a web for us. I am a decent builder but I got a lot of contacts where I can get builders or get builds done from. My biggest strength is advertising, managing and recruiting. I am good at managing the staff and the server, as well as getting players on and showing them why it is worth donating. I have experience with quite a lot of servers that I have owned before, of which the last few profited. My weakness is developing and working with plugins. I need a partner who is good at configuring and setting up the server and especially if you are able to make plugins, I will definitely be interested in working together. As stated before, the partner does not need to have funding, but if this is the case you have to be skilled in order for me to see that it is worth investing my money in. I currently have a decent budget that I am wiling to invest all in a server if I see that there is a chance that it will work out.
