I am looking for a Hcf core but I cant spend a alot of money. I know there expensive because devolpers put alot of time and hardwork into them. If someone has one made that actully works and is pretty decent please post down below. I would much appreciate it.

Well if you are not sure what your budget is, Notorious is a great core to start out with.

Maybe look into PluginSupport core, Its looks pretty good and is not to much $$!

I would stay away from glowstone mountain as it doesn't make your server unique. Maybe pay a developer for a custom minigame for the players to do.
