Looking for a HQ custom network server, no playerbase needed, EULA compliant premium perks

Hey folks,

I run a pretty big webpage in Europe and looking for a high quality server that will be simply a full network with different playmodes.
Permium perks ideas with EULA compliance is a must
No playerbase is required - I have my own.
I can't disclose which page I own, but I can provide a proof to a mcmarket mod.

Looking for an exclusive one, but if it will be really good, I might consider a non-exclusive too.
No upper budget, but I won't pay 2000$ for something that goes for 50$ around these places.

I'm pretty sure anything being sold as a "Perk" goes against the EULA. Anything being sold for real money has to be cosmetic unless you can figure out a loophole. You can read it here: https://help.mojang.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1590522-minecraft-commercial-use

Loop hole is when you add items to everyone on the server.
Or access to commands that are activated for the whole server (ie. server wide fly).
Another one is everyone having a chance to grab bought item - ie. spawning a cow that will drop the kit. On spawn. When only you stand there and you only know when you buy it.

You can make it so they can buy in game money on the store for perks in a shop, or you can earn money for free for doing certain things if you don't want to pay to speed it up. Like killing players or mining certain things)

Im just saying that it used to be a loophole. Anything that people can get without paying is allowed to be a donator perk in order to speed up the process. Thats why games like clash of clans are considered "Free to Play", because everything you pay real money for can be acquired for free

Same here actually lol, quitted just before eula went in force, and now trying to find a way to make the server profitable at all.

Can't afford getting banned though.

I think the EULA is only enforced on 1.9 servers and above but I'm not sure.
