Looking for a jail plugin (Paper 1.21.8)

I’m looking for a plugin that adds a jail system with these features:

• Players (not just admins) can create jails and jail others.
• Jailed players can’t place/break blocks inside the jail.
• Jailed players can’t teleport (no /tpa or /back).
• Support for multiple jails and spawns. Permissions decide which jail a player goes to (ex: jail.a → Jail A).
• /iso [name] → jail a player. Opens a GUI with reasons (editable in config).
• /bail → shows jailed players. Players can bail out others only if they’re 2/3 through their time, and only from the same block.
• /unjail [name] → unjails a player (with permission) and sends them to their block’s spawn.
• Configurable broadcast message when someone is jailed.

I can’t pay for it, so I’d really appreciate if someone could make this for free.

If you want this for free, then just go use Claude or some other LLM and try to build it yourself. Better than begging someone else to do it & you learn useful skills with minimal effort.
