Looking for a JAVA teacher

Hey I'm Heeler and I've recently been coding but i want to learn where i could have my questions answered. I'm not looking for a course im just for a teacher who has intricate knowledge of JAVA and Bukkit/spigot API. I will be paying for hourly sessions, but I'm working with a tight budget and is looking for the cheapest prices out there. The lessons will be either via skype or in a discord call.
