My client is looking for a full time job. This job HAS to be minecraft related. He offers various skills of administration and moderation. Here is a list of his skill set:
1. Welcoming players when they join a discord and/or server
2. Configuring various plugins and features within them such as crates, kits, and scoreboards
3. Troubleshooting - resolving glitches/bugs such as console and plugin errors
4. Discord organization such as creating channels, updating roles/permissions, and setting up premade bots like Dyno, Rhythm, and Mee6
5. Document writing of all types including staff handbooks, rules, punishment guidelines, player guides, terms of service, privacy policy, etc.
6. Creating events (both discord and Minecraft community)
7. Moderating a forum/website (keeping forum chat active, checking for bad posts, etc.)
8. Making staff applications for different roles and reviewing them as they come in
9. Recruiting and managing staff including interviewing, assigning tasks, and training new staff
10. Updating hosts/clients such as server versions
11. Updating records for website, server, email, etc.
12. Administrating server projects (i.e. overseeing build, directing helpers to various tasks, etc.).
13. In-game work stuff (determining shop prices, mine consistencies, kits, etc.) 14. Helping to generate ideas
15. Checking for hackers and interacting with players within day-to-day gameplay
16. Organizing lists, documents, spreadsheets
17. Creating presentations/meeting agendas
18. Generating detailed budget sheets and overseeing finances (revenues, expenses, net income)
19. General business strategy advice
20. Helping with "random services" like Photoshop editing, WordPress or Enjin, etc.
NOTE: Coding/developing plugins, building, and working on service teams are the only major things off limits!
