Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generator to identify and attract potential clients who can benefit from our social media services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, a deep understanding of social media marketing, and the ability to communicate effectively with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify Potential Clients: Research and identify businesses and individuals who could benefit from our social media services.
  • Cold Outreach: Utilise various methods (email, phone calls, social media, etc.) to initiate contact with potential clients.
  • Qualify Leads: Evaluate potential clients to ensure they align with our target market and can benefit from our services.
  • Maintain CRM: Keep detailed records of interactions with potential clients in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to client onboarding.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the digital marketing or social media industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Attitude: Positive attitude, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset.
