Looking for a "Light" No Cheat Plus config (5-10$)

Hi, I am looking for someone to make me a config for No Cheat Plus.

I don't want any mega hardcore cheat prevention, that is not what I am looking for!
I am looking for a light-sensible config that only detecs heavy cheating.

It doesn't matter if someone flyhacks 2 blocks, I just don't want people to be able to fly around like a fricking speedjet.

- Flyhack: Needs to be prevented but read what I wrote above
- Blockbreaking/blockplacing: Either really light detection or disabled.
- Aimbot/Killaura: I want this prevented if possible, since we are opening our PvP arena today.
- Chat spam: We already have Chat Control, so won't be needed I guess?
- Disable people to spam /tpahere to the same person - make it on 30 sec cooldown or something but only if sent to the same person.
- Other hacks: Idk about everything in No Cheat Plus so ask me on skype regarding stuff I haven't mentioned. But the basics are: heavy hacking - prevent, light hacking - really light prevention or no prevention at all.

Budget for this config: 5-10$
I want it completed as soon as possible, preferably today.

With the default config you can't even jump on lily pads. I want people to be able to do that lol
