I am looking for someone that could help me with my new server, and add new stuff for free in the beginning because I don't want to invest to much money until it is up and ruining and then I could start paying you. You could even get a large cut of the revenue from the store money when the server grows enough to make money. Also on top of being my developer I would also have you as a co owner and you could have a big part in big decisions. So think about it as us owning a server together and not you working for me.
