I'm currently looking for an experienced Minecraft developer to partner with on a new server project. The goal is to copy an existing server that I believe has a proven concept and strong potential. While the core of the server will be based on that existing server, we'll also have opportunities to improve it, add our own features, and expand it over time.
What I'm specifically looking for is someone who can develop custom plugins from scratch, not just configure existing ones. There will be a variety of custom systems and features that we'll need to create, so experience with plugin development is essential.
I'm offering a 30% share of all server sales and revenue because I'm looking for a long-term partner rather than hiring someone for a one-time commission.
I've already invested in the infrastructure, including a Pterodactyl server with nearly 50GB of RAM, giving us plenty of resources for future expansion into additional game modes. We also have a 24/7 host ready to go, so development can begin immediately.
In addition to launching the server, I'd also be interested in creating a polished server setup that we can sell on BuiltByBit as another source of income. If that's something you'd like to be involved in, that's a bonus. If not, we can focus entirely on building and growing the server itself.
I'm extremely dedicated to making this project successful and have plenty of free time to invest in development, testing, management, and growing the community. I'm looking for someone who shares that level of commitment and is interested in building something successful over the long term.
