Looking for a long term plugin developer

Hello. We are looking for a long term plugin developer that would be willing to make plugins for our 1950's City Roleplay server for free. There would be pay in the future once we start making money from the server but unfortunately we wouldn't be able to pay you while you are making the plugins. This isn't just a server that won't succeed either, we have people waiting for the server to release so your work won't be going to nothing and there is a guaranteed pay.
