Looking for a longish term developer!

I am starting a long term and pretty complicated sky wars server soon, this server will be centered around sky wars and I will be incorporating featherboard, csgo crates, and other stuff. I will purchase the maps, I already have the domain mc-sky.com. I basically need someone that is very good with incorporating different plugins to work well together. I need someone with lots of experience. Please comment and I will PM you the entire plan. I will pay but you give me a price.

No not that, at first I did but then I realized I have a much grander idea for the server and I found a developer through a mutual friend, but thank you for looking out!
