Hello am Markus but call me Spirit and am 13 years old I would like to apply for Manager in your server, I have a massive potential in that role and I have helped a ton of Minecraft servers.
Recently I have resigned from the server I was staff on because the server owner recently stops liking Minecraft and has quitted the game and now am looking for a server to be a Manager and I went across your server and I think that your server has a good potential of growing...

I would provide a ton of positive changes to the server like:
- Applications will be responded in a maximum of 2 days.
- When an application gets accepted then they only pass the step 1 step 2 is the interview if they pass that they get officially accepted as (Lowest rank) or Chat-Moderator depends on what they apply on.
- I will be one of the most active players in the forums/website.
- Only high quality & mature staff-members will get accepted.
- Staff will be watched super actively if they are doing their job correctly.
- Am an epic discord developer so I possibly could improve your discord a lot with bot configuration of course and improving a lot of other needed stuff.
- Staff members from (lowest rank) to (3rd lowest rank) have to record all punishments to gather proof because we can't trust everyone.
- Staff training would be provided and a new system of punishing.
- I would provide youtubers meeting the requirements of the server who would surely get players.
- I would provide new members to the server.
- I will be very active.
- I will be very professional and mature.

Past experience:
In the beginning, I was a normal staff-member like Helper/Moderator/Admin but later I found my passion in being a Manager.
All the servers I will list now are from my Manager experience.

(Resigned) BitPvP: The server was going perfectly fine and had no problem in growing it was getting like 10 more players every week it was going so well but later the Owner was not enjoying Minecraft anymore and saw no future of him managing something he is bored of so he just quitted and the server slowly was dying with the new owner so I have resigned to find something better.

(Resigned) TemperHQ: It was a server with a lot of potentials but the Owners of the server barely advertised and it got a very small playerbase even though everything was looking very epic and if it could of get advertised with money then it could get a really well-known server, I was the only advertiser of it the owners just advertised a bit but advertising without any single money what is hard to grow a server like that.

There were more servers but it was 2 years ago so I don't exactly remember the name but I worked as an Admin and there was no Manager rank so I was the one who basically recruited most of the staff!
But now I am much experienced in the role and I really have a potenial...
