- Background of large scale servers and years of server experience.
- Great marketing, leadership, communication and development (configuration) skills.
- Great understanding of plugins
- Having generated a income for any recent projects with low expenses.
- Determination and dedication, willing to put hours into development and growing the community.
- Above the age of 16
