Looking for a manager/owner for my survival server

Hey, I'm looking for a second owner for my Survival server to basically run it all while I'm focused on other endeavors.

I will pay for all expenses and you will receive a 50% stake in the server.

It's a smaller survival community, but I plan on upscaling heavily and I need another person to help out.

So basically, I just need your time and you get to keep 50% of the profits.
