1. Welcoming players when they join a discord and/or server
2. Discord organization such as creating channels, updating roles/permissions, and setting up premade bots like Dyno, Rhythm, and Mee6
3. Document writing of all types including staff handbooks, rules, punishment guidelines, player guides, terms of service, privacy policy, etc.
4. Creating events (both discord and Minecraft community)
5. Moderating a forum/website (keeping forum chat active, checking for bad posts, etc.)
6. Making staff applications for different roles and reviewing them as they come in
