My guy. I ain't trying to be a 'Dick', just rather you are trying to get everything for free and to do anything successful later on in the game when big established servers are already there, you need more money than what you probably have. Lots of servers spend thousands on them, to get them successful, you are trying to do this for free. Nothing wrong with it, but nobody does anything for free 'ESPECIALLY ADS'

If you want your server to succeed, you have to spend money to make money. Short-term it'll be expensive, but long-term? You might make more money than you initially spent. You have to be willing to put in the effort and money into making a server if you want it to be successful. Passion's the only thing that makes server owners crazy enough to invest a plethora of time and money into their server while realizing at the same time it might not go so well.

I suggest you work on acting professional if you want professional staff as well. You'll improve over time, so don't worry!
