I'm in the process of creating/purchasing a server and am in need of a manager.

I require a manager who is able to be on daily and do their job efficiently, no wasting time.

This is not some stupid baby job, i'm looking for someone who has is serious experience in the field, and can actually be an asset and make something grow and is motivated.
