Hello, at the moment I am creating a faction server and I would like theses requirements for the custom made server I have. This is just a small list of the plugins I would like for the server.

-F who Factions
-Premade Groupmanager and Ranks
-Multiverse
-Banknotes
-A Chat Manager
- An AutoBroadcast Plugin
- Custom Enchants
- And Other Plugins that U Can Feel Free to add

*Note All Plugins Have To Be Customised To ArcticFaction and Arctic Themed

I will be paying a minimum of 30+. Hopefully you can provide theses plugins.
