Age (14+): Unfortunately, I am only 13 years of age. But I am very mature and respectful. That is why I decided to apply.
Past Experience(s): Well, I am a freelance server manager. I generally charge, but I will make exceptions depending on the server I am working with. To be specific, I have helped out with a small RP server which ended up badly since the server owner could not afford to keep the server up and running.
How Active Are You?: I am active every day. At least 3-5 hours a day depending on how much homework I have. But aside from that, I can be "on call" whenever I am needed.
Do You Have Discord, Skype And Teamspeak 3?: Yes, I have all three of them.
Tell Me A Little Bit About Yourself (hobbies or what you do in your free time besides Minecraft): I enjoy swimming, playing tennis, football, and baseball. In spare time, I help out a hosting company with Public Resources, and In the future, I will be creating their official Minecraft server.

My abilities are Catching hackers ghostclients, killaura, bhop, auto soup etc. I can also help players ive been a Staff for 4 years now and I know alot of commands as:
/kick - Used to kick players from the server. Useful if someone is blockglitched, or feel as though there accounts might be compromised
/warn - Used to give a warning to a player when they break certain rules.
/mute - Used to remove a players ability to chat. Used when a player is spamming, or breaking other chat rules.
/tban - Used to temporarily ban a player for x amount of days. Used if someone breaks rules, but not severe enough to warrant a permanant ban.
/ban - Used to ban a player permanantly from the server. Used if someone breaks serious rules (Hacking, duping, serious permission abuse)
/banip - Used to ban a player's IP Address permanatly from ever connecting to the server. Used if someone constantly keeps evading current bans, or breaks serious rules.
/checkban - Used to check if a player, or players IP is currently banned.
/checkalts - Used to check the alts that a player has registered on their IP.
/pvp - Used to toggle on the ability to get hit, or to hit other players.
/homes:<username> - used to check the /homes that a player has set.
/afk - Used to mark your player as "AFK" (away from keyboard) so that users understand that you aren't purposely ignoring them.
/Clearchat - used to clear the chat when someone advertised an ip
/mutechat - used to mute the chat when someone is advertising and we need to type the /ban command or when the chat is flooding with racial slurs etc.
I am decent at screensharing, If I see any suspicious player and I'm not sure about him hacking, I would screenshare him, I would freeze him, ask him to admit for a shorter ban or tell him to get on teamspeak3 , then while he is on ts3, I would ask him to download join.me, while screensharing, I would give him the Screenshare tool or the link for that, and I will use that tool, proccess hacker, everything, vape smasher, last activity viewer etc to check for Vape clients / macros / inject clients etc.
Also, if you are wondering why im not staff on those all server that i was on, its because i resigned due to school stuff 2 years ago, and some of the servers changed owner and he didn't care about the server, staff and donators, so the whole staff team resigned.
As I am very experienced staff, and I had ran my own servers, I would like to be a staff manager

PotatoCraft: The first server I worked on, I started out as a mod and worked my way up till I eventually bought the server off the owner who had became very inactive and no longer interested in the server.
CrimsonShadows: After taking over PotatoCraft I rebranded it and redid The website and Buycraft myself. I also shut down the server and remade it from scratch because it was poorly setup. The server eventually merged with Maelstrom Network and became ShadowRealms.
Maelstrom Network: I was a helper but also opped, was good friends with the owner and the reason I was only a helper was because I didn't want much of any responsibilities on their server at the time until we merged servers.
ShadowRealms: ShadowRealms was the result of me and my friend merging our servers together. We had SkyBlock, SkyGrid, Factions, OP Factions, and I was working on custom coding a KitPvP and Minigames server. I almost finished the KitPvP server before we had to close the server due to money issues. Had a player base of around 20 players average.
ShadowRealms 2.0: Why I say 2.0 is because me and my friend tried reopening ShadowRealms and doing things smarter. We had around 20 players average in the first 2 months but we had to close down due to my staff team and friend not getting along with the other owner (who was paying for the server host). I may reopen the server again one day but if I do I'm going to wait till I have a stable high paying job.
How Active Are You?: I do have a full-time job so I can only be online for 1-4 hours a day Monday-Thursday. Friday, I can be on for 4-6 hours. Saturday-Sunday I can be online for around 6-12 hours.

I have a full-time job making around 2k a month and I work from 7am-4pm. I am saving up to move to the UK from America which at the rate I am saving up I am excepting too move around late July early August. I am also in the process of opening my own online business which I already have 2 major investors investing around 5-10k each plus business deals with their contacts in advertising all across the board and also with a professional development team. Unfortunately the progress for this business is at almost a stand still for now. Other then the business aspect of life I like to play video games such as Skyrim, Fable, Mass Effect, COD zombies, etc. I'm also into writing up video game ideas and I've shown quiet a few people my ideas and they say my ideas are very unique and they love it so who knows maybe one day I'll get into my dream job aka video game script writing. I also like to watch shows on Netflix and Hulu and Vudu such as walking dead, anything marvel or DC and well just pretty much with action, guns, stuff blowing up or Hell just simply not girls in it Lol. I did go to college for 2 years for computer programming and I learned VB. I dropped out because after coding for mc with skript and eventually learning some html, css, and java I figured out coding was not something I wanted to do for a living. After dropping out of college I went to work for dollar General and worked my way up to an ASM, after dollar General corporate pissed me off I as well as half of my employees and my boss walked out on them and quit on the spot. I eventually moved on to a pizza resturant and then to a store and now I'm working at a factory making more money then I've ever made. For me money is not everything but at this current time in my life and with the move I plan on making across the world it is very important. I am the type of person who even when I was poor as dirt if I had a dollar in my pocket and I sawl someone who needed the money I gave them it. I'd give the shirt on my back for someone who needed it.

Past Experience(s): I've owned a server myself so I know what to look for when picking staff, And demoting/promoting members, I like to give staff a few weeks before they're decided on their future as staff on said server, I am great when it comes to staff meetings as long as we call get to sit in a room with a table since we used to have our own
