Looking for a Minecraft Builder – Custom Medieval Fantasy Port Town Spawn

Hello All,

I’m looking for quotes for a fully custom Minecraft spawn for an upcoming survival/Towny server called Hearthfall.

The spawn will be a dense, cosy medieval fantasy port town within a maximum footprint of approximately 250×250 blocks. The main town itself should be around 180–220 blocks across, with the remaining area consisting of water, harbour areas, cliffs, landscaping and natural boundaries.

The spawn is designed around player experience rather than simply being decorative. New players will arrive aboard a ship, walk down the gangplank into the harbour and naturally progress through the town.

Key locations include an Arrival Ship and Harbour, Entry Plaza, Central Square, Market, Settlement Board, Great Hall, Crafter’s Quarter, Tavern, Fisher’s Wharf, Explorer’s Gate, Lighthouse and Watchtower.

I already have a detailed concept map and can provide further information regarding the purpose and gameplay function of each area.

I’m looking for a builder or team with experience creating highly detailed, atmospheric medieval/fantasy environments. Please provide your portfolio, estimated price range and expected completion time.
