Hey everyone! I'm Thijs, the owner of WouwMC — a custom Minecraft server I'm currently building out. I'm looking for a motivated developer to join the team and help me create a fun, unique experience for our players.
What you'll be working on

• Custom Spigot / Paper plugins (e.g. deathban system, rank mechanics)
• Velocity proxy setup and plugins (e.g. lobby commands, routing)
• Server configuration & optimisation (anti-xray, performance)
• General backend work as the server grows

What we're looking for

• Experience with Java and the Spigot / Paper API
• Familiarity with Velocity or BungeeCord proxies is a plus
• Reliable, communicative, and self-motivated
• Passion for Minecraft and server development
