Looking for a Mining dead / Apocalypse Map + server files (Budget edited)

Hi there, Yes i am new to this forum / website.
(I already say I'm not very good at English sorry about that)

The Title will say it al i am looking for a Mining dead / Apocalypse Map that i will play with some 15 friends or more.
And maybe later for a open MC server..
Maybe can some one help me with it?

Requirements:

• Lobby <-> Where we can select a gamemode
• Atleast 8500x8500 Custom Map <-> Sorry about the huge map size (Love alot of custom builds, landscape for all the adventure)
• Already Configured Looting & Zombie plugin <-> Hopefully that's no problem? I will pay for it
• Any Guns Plugin <-> That will work perfectly and hopefully with alot custom weapons and Addons(Scopes, Grip, Supressor and magazijn )
• Reward Crates <-> Vote rewards, Vip, Legend, and maybe for more ranks
• Scoreboard <-> if possible and not too much trouble
• Version <-> Maybe 1.17 / 1.18 if it can
• Texturepack <-> Maybe is there already a Texturepack for it

That was it for now!, I got some more, but maybe we can talk with it in a DM

Will use this server for play with my friends, and maybe make it public for more people later

I have a setup available, it does not meet all the requirements (lobby ) but is an old mining dead setup, made for 1.8 but with viaversion can support 1.8-1.18

Would take $150-$200 for it (well below your budget)

Oof a setup for 1.8 is really old version by this time haha
Im looking for a really new one (not a new new new one, but a normal new one)
