Looking for a moderator for a fairly small but growing minecraft server/discord

Hey there! I need someone who loves to play (you dont have to play all the time) and is on discord a lot. Right now im dealing with some stuff that I really cant handle alone and all my moderators are MIA. I cant afford to pay yet as my server isnt big enough to create revenue. For now I could give you nitro monthly or something like $10 a month. The server is semi-vanilla 18+. Just really need that moderator that isnt afraid to put their fist down.
