Looking for a network 600-1000$ or less

We need a network with a good player base and everything. Title says it. We've recently been scammed on Insanity Network, sued the owner, and got a lot of money to spend.

I also used to play with the OP on Insanity Network, and can agree with Ray that this person isn't very responsible when it comes to owning a server. I was temporarily banned for griefing his plot which he added me on, even though it doesn't state "No Griefing" in the rules of the server. He also gave out commands such as creative, fly, and suffixes to regular players of the server.[DOUBLEPOST=1440958752,1440958605][/DOUBLEPOST]oh and I forgot to mention that he owed over $200 (real money) to the current owner.
