I do not have the right amount of time to fully run a network. Although I still really want to have one. I have purchased a 12GB RAM VPS for the server (multicraft installed), web hosting, and more. I am looking for a full time owner that can be on and run a server. This person would have to be able to do the following:
- Recruit Staff
- Configure Plugins
- Manage Builds
- Make most decisions
Basically be the leader of the server. I will be paying for everything don't worry about that. I will also manage the website. Here are the terms:
- At first all money will goto paying off the server until its paid off for that month after that we split the money (you will get 60% I will get 40%).
- I will still be an owner
- I have the right to remove anything done (probably wont happen I'm pretty easy going).
- You must live in the U.S or Canada
