Hello MC-MARKET!
MY server DREAM!

----------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm here today looking for someone who is interested in joining up with me to create a server, not any server but a UNIQUE, that's right, UNIQUE faction server which will eventually grow into a Hub, I have much to offer, however in this partnership, I'm trying to not be "the money boy" as I can offer YouTubers, Developers, Builders, etc, etc. I'm NOT looking for a server owner who thinks buying a 4gb multi-craft server is a good idea for a 100+ player base!

What can I offer?
* YouTubers (No cost, a % of server fees)
* Developers (No cost, a % of server fees as he's my friend and a custom coded server when the hub arises.)
* Spawns/Builds (I'm a builder myself, I'll probably be doing most of the building for the network!)
* Plugins (I already know a variety of unique plugins)
* Ideas (If I really was going to list my "unique" ideas, they probably won't be unique anymore and it would take me 9 hours, but I'm currently listing them on my desktop. Laying them out as "config files."
* Domain Name (Currently in the process of buying an awesome domain name)
* Server Art (I'll be buying server art)
* Graphic and Motion design (I will be animating the banner, designing the banner and creating the server trailer!)
* Host (I will be buying a $90/m host + $100 if we get Proxy Pipe DDoS protection!)
* Server Knowledge (I've been running servers for over 5 years)
* Time (Boy do I have a lot of time, easily 6h+ a day if I get my study out of the way, much more on weekends.)
* Basic Bukkit Plugin Development (I'm not the best, I said "basic!")
* Money - However I don't want to be the big spender as I'm buying domains, art, plugins, ect.

What do I want in a partner?
* Server Knowledge - As I said, I'm not looking for something that thinks buying a 4gb multi-craft server is a good idea.
* Coding knowledge - [NOT REQUIRED] In these languages: (HTML, Java, CSS)
* Mature - Someone who can take jokes and mess around, however, when work needs to be done, they crack down at it and don't act immature.
* [NO] XDDDD, NUUU, otherwise, I'll get mad. (Don't act like your a 13-year-old Minecraft boy.)
* Someone WHO CAN INVEST MONEY! [IMPORTANT] I can offer money, but as I'm already offering a ton already (YouTubers, Development, Graphics, Ect) I don't want to be the kid spending all the $$ otherwise I may as well work by myself with my devs and YouTubers. (MONEY will be needed after we get the YouTubers in, and also helping with host fees)
* Someone who can manage large communities, staff and groups.
* Someone who is at least 15-16+ (Unless your a bloody good 14-year-old boy/girl.)
* A person who can be ACTIVE, suggest IDEAS, on 24/7, not really, but you have to have enough time to dedicate when I'm online (Otherwise communicating will be hard).
* Someone who DOESNT want to "control" an ownership and can accept that we are 2 EQUAL owners! IF WE argue about something, WE DON'T DO bloody heads or tails, we sort it out as a team and get over it! Making sure we LIKE both suggestions/ideas/whatever.

What do you receive?
(YOU CAN contact me and maybe you'll receive more? But that's pretty much everything I get)
* Remote access to the dedicated server
* Access to our server Paypal (Once you put in work obviously)
* Access to our server email address
* Access to server plugins, builds, etc (Try leak them? Good luck!)
* PROFITS 20% you, 20% me, 20% YouTubers/dev, 40% server (THIS CAN CHANGE, we have to talk about it first!)

Do not contact me if:
YOU OFFER THE SAME I OFFER!
If you offer everything I offer, what's the point in owning a server with me? Because then we'll need a "3rd owner," what? No? Never? It's bloody absurd!

How to contact me:
1. Please PM me over MCM, let me know what you can offer, why you'd like to work with me, how old are you, location in the world, basically just let me know what you can/can't match with my expected criteria.
2. If I think we can work together, I'll give you my skype and we can discuss/talk and get to know each other BEFORE we start this server together.
3. We COMMENCE!

P.S.
If you are seriously not going to contact me because my "mc-market reactions" is too low, then that's pretty absurd haha. Anyways, to let you know, I ONLY use this website when I need too, and right now, I'm looking for you!

Cheers,
Exeyelius.

Dont need to blow $100 on proxypipe, go with a host like OVH that come with DDoS protection. Works our far cheaper.

I was always going with OVH, however, someone told me they're with OVH and they still get DDoS attacked, that's why I think a proxy pipe on top will be better.

Their protection can take a little while to kick in. Sometimes upto 20 seconds, however enabling permanent mitigation solves this. Also using a proxy for your server can increese latency, depending on how far away the dedicated server and proxy are.

Cheers bro, that was quite helpful. May I ask, what does "permanent mitigation" enabled do?

Basically when OVH detects an attack they automatically reroute your trafic and filter it. With permanent mitigation it means that your trafic is always been filtered, so you dont have to wait 10 seconds or so for it to activate.
