Looking for a new executive for my team

Hello, I own an unreleased service team, and we are releasing very soon. My O'levels are coming up soon, and I need somebody's hands I can leave my team up to, with complete relief, as I want to be able to study well and see a good future ahead of myself.

The team is currently unreleased, and by the release, we will have:
- A fully functional and automated bot
- A custom and sexy website (current is some ugly template)
- An enhanced and trained support team
- A team filled with only experienced freelancers as the inexperienceds will be removed

I have held an activity check to see if our members are still active, and 63 out of 90 have proved their activity

- 20+ Clients
Worked with over 20 servers and individuals

- A half-complete bot
Our current bot is not too far from completion

Why I need a new executive?
I am a 15-year-old middle schooler, and got a lot of work and tasks ahead of me, I alone am not capable of dealing with the situations and management of the whole team, lacking certain family priveleges also result in inactivity.

What am I looking for?

• Liable

Somebody who can take half of the team's liability, however, I will be liable for funding, but it would be very rare for me to ask you to fund for something.

• Active

The main reason I am looking for somebody is because I myself am not very active, and need someone to watch it, I prefer those people who are always sitting on their butts using his PC for the whole day

• Developer (optional)

I prefer somebody who is an experienced full-stack developer, as I, as the designer, will create designs for my team - threads, banners, they're all on me.

• Reliable

I need someone reliable enough for me to completely forget about my team, and help me focus on my studies.
