I am Looking for a server that is really nicely laid out and something that me and my team can easily work with! The server can be of any type its really all about what is unique about it and how can It benefit to the players that join the server!

Budget
My budget is any where from 100$-200$ I am very flexible and can adjust it if the server really says something.

Must:Haves
This Server MUST have at least 1-2 Custom Plugins, 2-3 Custom Builds, and something that really stands out about it.
