The server is 100% unique, I am the one who created the plugins, I am known to work for many servers and I have many references in spigot, the server will be of mini-games like the big servers hypixel, cubecraft, hivemc, etc. Basically we only use 1 plugin per server that is called Core- {NAME], the name is the name of the server for example if it is a hub then it will be Hub Core, if it is skyWars SkyWars core. Right now I only have skywars and hub created, but they contain a lot of features , We plan to add more modalities such as factions, skyblock, bedwars and more, unique.
The server will be hosted in so you start, it has to be a good dedicated since we use several systems like game instances, which is an external system that creates servers automatically when entering the game.
The owner has to be willing to pay 50% of the host, the profits will be distributed in 50%.
