Looking for a paid job as a server developer

My name is Kai and I am a 13 year old developer looking to make some money. I am not applying as a plugin developer so please don't ask me if I do plugins (although I do know some java). I am a mini game/overall server developer so I can make whatever you want in-game such as spleef, sky wars, survival games pretty much any minigame if I have the right tools, and can develop a whole server for you (although for big projects such as hubs I work best with other staff). Even though I am young I am very mature and experienced with server development as I have been staff on many servers (you can PM me for info I feel the list is a little to long to put in this). I can do anything you may need on a server from just adding permissions to ranks to making full on minigames and lobbies. I charge by the project, not by the hour so if I make 1 minigame/any other project I get paid how ever much I feel that project was worth (I will compromise on a price and I will not insist payment unless you are completely satisfied). I do have skype, teamspeak and discord (PM me for info) and I can start as soon as you would like.

Making things in-game, usually via commands since you talk about spleef, sky wars, and sg, does not make you a developer - I would change that. Also, I doubt you'll find a server that consistently needs someone to keep setting up minigames, as they are usually a one-time setup and that's it, therefore I doubt you'll find a consistently paying "job" doing this.

I'm not really looking for a full time developer job on a server but more of I join the server, I get the perms and set up what ever needs done, and then get paid and if they need anything else done then great but if not I just find another server to help out.

Most servers don't pay people to setup plugins. Also a person who configures plugins is not a dev. Your best bet is to make premade servers and sell them on here.

well either way, doing what you do does not classify you as a developer.

You are more of a server manager, if you want to get more people to look at you with your age try paying someone $5 for a professional thread. Also try giving like 2-3 vouch copies to HIGH REP people only, also provide a portfolio.

I only take payment if the server owner or whoever is having me make the project is satisfied with my work.
