Hello, I am step and if you are intrigued by the title request please keep on reading. Today I'm on here to look for somebody who is willing to devote some time into a project with me. Nothing crazy just a few hours a day and slowly work it up into being a success. This project is a Minecraft server I want to create. I left the scene of developing and running networks for the last year now since I found it always troubling to do it alone. If I have realized anything within running a company, organization and or a successful idea it can't be done alone. That's why today I am seeking a partner to help me with creating this server.

What I am looking for.
I am looking for someone who has good experience developing in java and genuinely likes being creative and is very optimistic with what they can create. With that as well I am looking for somebody who can fully put in the time to develop and be a financial help with the project. Now what I mean by this is if you are able to develop along side with me the network that is two developers working at no cost on a project. Secondly that releases a lot of cost to the end goal we are trying to achieve in this instance it would cut down about 60% of the total spending to finish the project as to suppose paying for development to finish it. Now age doesn't mean all that, I've work with many smart smart intellect people. But I am requesting somebody who is over the age of 18 to help me work on this project. If you are younger and wish to at least try and work with me we can talk more privately. Somebody who is based in the United States is preferred but is not at all a deal breaker.

Specific skills and request required.
Java 3+ years of experience
Either MySQL, MongoDB, Redis 1-2+ years experience.
Network developing
Fluent in English
Leadership experience
Up to $500 to invest over the project
Have connections with people within the Minecraft community
Able to be dedicated and proficient

Notes:
The project I have is already alive. I already have purchased a HQ Server logo and banner. Got domains .com and .net "good domains I've had for a while not trash ones". Custom discord bot created and tebex theme, with store created. What's is left is to develop is the rest of the network. Specifically a game mode we pick and decide on because I finished coding a custom Hub optimized core for 1.8-1.19 that handles 100's of players at once. If you're interested add my discord below.
