Hello! BadlandsPvP is currently looking for developers to help do basic server management and help configure plugins to work with each other. We are a 1.8.8 OP Factions server that will be releasing January 4th. Payment will be discussed in discord but only handed out when server is released and revenue is made. Although they are looking primarily for a config-er, a developer has more than enough knowledge to do this. But I agree this should definitely be moved to the configuration sub-forum.
