Looking for a Partner – Prison Network (Paid / Open Discussion)

hey,

i’ve built prison servers before that have hit a few thousand players, so i already know the space pretty well. i’m starting another one now and just looking for someone to come in and help me actually get it polished and running right.

not really looking for someone to “run it” or anything like that, just someone solid to work with, bounce ideas off, and help tighten things up from a different angle.

what i’ve got so far:​

• full prison concept already planned (OG style, ranks, mines, economy, etc)
• server structure and direction mostly done
• discord/community layout already set up
• long term plan to turn it into a full network after prison

what i need help with:​

• finishing server setup (plugins, configs, balancing, optimization)
• helping improve gameplay/progression systems
• staff setup / organization early on
• just overall helping take it from planned → actually live and solid

what i’m looking for:​

someone who’s actually done minecraft servers before, especially prison or network type stuff. not really looking for beginners, just someone who knows what they’re doing and can give a second opinion on things.

payment / setup:​

open to talk — could be paid, could be partnership, depends on fit and what you bring in.
