Looking for a partner (21+)

Greetings, I'm looking for a partner to join me in creating new projects and hopefully creating a stable source of income through a robust online portfolio of businesses.

I'm not accepting "ANYONE" this is a request for a very specific person with a very specific skill set.

About me: I currently run a multitude of online projects ranging from small to large with really good traffic and advertising sources, I can provide most things we will need for the project such as hosting, domains, advertising, front end development etc. I'm 23 years old and I'm from the UK. I have a proven history of successful projects and I'm looking for someone Who has the same type of background or experiance that I have.

Who I'm looking for: I'm currently looking for a "expert" of sorts, someone who is familiar with all the big Content Managment Systems (Wordpress, Xenforo, Vbulletin, IPB, etc) and has some real experiance working with these platforms (MOST IMPORTANTLY WORDPRESS/XENFORO)

The Person I'm looking for will:

Ideally have some experience with HTML/CSS and have a good understanding of how other lanuages work such as PHP or JS.
Have alot of energy and drive to continue to mantain and develop new projects at the same time.
Have a high aptitude for learning new skills, and a solid foundation of skills to start with.
Can understand the fundamentals of business management.
Ready to start on the first project ASAP.
21+ years of age (If you do not meet this reqirment AND ONLY THIS REQIRMENT you can still contact me)

What will you get in return: Like I mentioned, I'm looking for a "PARTNER" not someone to work for me or someone to just tag along with the project. If you can put in 50% of what I put in (Time/Effort) you will recieve 50% of any net proffit for said projects. You will also be able to add a list of successful projects to your portfolio and have a chance to learn new skills and refind your already developed skills.
