Looking for a partner/co-owner [Minecraft server]

Hello MC-Market, Im new to this forum page but am looking to make an impact here!

WED BE STARTING FROM SCRACH!

I am currently looking for a highly qualified individual to become an Owner and Partner with me. I am willing to do any game modes but mainly want to do survival, towny, skyblock, or something around that area.

You will be tasked to do the following:
* Playing the server at least 1 hour per day with/without doing any of your administration duties -- all of our staff members are players of the server who love to play survival, while you are here to work, you are also here to play.
* Performing general administration and ownership duties at least 2 hours per day. This includes assisting players in-game, fixing minor bugs, and working on new features / releases.
* Collaborating with me on two weekends per month to push new releases on the front-end and back-end of the server, every month, to keep the server "fresh" at all times.
* Spearheading server growth via best practice advertising methods.

Requirements:
* 16 years of age or older
* 2 years of previous administration AND server setup/configuration experience
* Timezone within +/- 3 hours of EST
* Working microphone for Discord voice calls
* No other server staffing commitments
* No current open MC-Market scam reports
* MC-Market reputation score of at least 95%

Compensation:
* 40% of server profits for as long as you are an Owner (operating and advertising costs minus store revenue) with a potential to obtain up to 40% of server equity stake
* Holiday PayPal bonuses

Is the server already in service ? Like is it fully released or are you waiting for this particular job offer to find a new worker for you before opening? If it is already opened, would it be possible to provide some kind of link so people could see in what kind of server they would be applying for?
