Hello, My name is UgoJanssen, better known as SyncWio. Today I'm gonna be talking about why I need a Partner to help me run this server!

Why do you need a Partner?

I need a Partner to help me manage, show your incredible skills and of course pay some bills.

Why Manage? if you can get a Manager?​

Well, I don't really like Managers because they can easily take over the server. Last time, I had a Manager. The Manager just griefed the whole server. So this is why I want an Owner to help me Manage!

Okay, I'd like to help you, but maybe as an Admin not an Owner. I don't have all day 24/7 to be on your server, but I can help get people, manage, keep chat out of drama and help with graphics/videos.

This seems incredibly sketchy and as always he is probably requesting another owner instead of a manager for 2 reasons:
1. Another owner is suppose to provide money.
2. A good manager costs money that he most likely doesn't have.

DNDW TheSyncWio. As you can tell by these quotes, he is ban evading and stole the description from fragglecraft (http://minecraftservers.org/server/353950).
