Looking for a Partner for a Minecraft Server

I will keep this short; I would like to partner up with an individual or a team to open a server (undecided on the type, so we can discuss that).

What I can offer

  1. Money (I'll pay for the whole investment in the project, including but not limited to; builds, plugins, youtubers, advertisement, hosting);
  2. Experience; and
  3. Back-end and Front-end administration.
Pre-requisites of my partner

  1. Time (I need someone who can dedicate time to the server, entirely;
  2. Experience (you must be knowledgable with plugins and Linux. If not, don't bother applying);
  3. Proper interpersonal skills. By that I mean, you need to know how to manage a community properly. You need to be both professional and friendly; and
  4. Maturity and communicative. This goes without saying.
  5. Working microphone.
Favourable skills and or exposure

  1. You have ran a server before.
  2. Thorough in Java.
  3. You know how to build.
  4. You have contacts for server growth.
  5. 16+.

In summary, I have money and knowledge. I do not have time. If you want more than 2 hours on the weekdays and all day on the weekends from me, then forget it. I currently work full time, study and run two businesses. Time is something I'm very limited on.

I have ran successful servers in the past. I have a shit ton of money.

I need someone who can do the rest.

As stated above, I won't add percentage split as that has not yet been determined.
If said person meets all my requirements, they will receive no less than 50%.

If it's anything less or more, than that can be discussed.

Sorry, I don't meet your requirement of "Must be in the same or near time zone". I'm in a complete opposite Timezone.

Also, no offence to you, but I have no interest in working with individuals that young.

I'm looking for not only maturity, but also years of experience. I doubt you have that being only 13.

As for the rest of you, please pm me your application. I'm not giving you my Skype unless I'm interested in working with you. Give me a brief or extensive proposal, I do not care. But if I have to add you on Skype to speak with you, then I will ignore you.

I will only add those who I'm interested in working with.
