What? Please elaborate on what you mean. You want someone to help you to make plugins? I don't think you need 2 people to make plugins unless they're huge plugins, but if it were huge you wouldn't find people who were willing here.

I have a feeling you just want someone to help you with plugins. Best advice I can give you is to, just learn to make plugins on your own, and if you have any problems just search it up, or ask it on spigotmc.org or bukkit.org
