Looking for a Partner for an upcoming Network

Hello everyone! I'm here in search for a partner (or two) to start a network with! Currently I own a full factions server, and a domain named "VexCloud.com" (Witch is what i want to call the network) I have a website already made with an Xenforo forum on it.

I plan on buying a dedicated server, and start a network with factions and skyblock. Eventually expanding into what the players want!

I'm looking for someone who can dedicate time and has a good amount of experience. Also maybe some money to pitch in for a Dedicated server, and some for advertising.
