Hey, Im looking for a Partner for a hosting company, Very new company but have lots of experience and We have a High End System Admin Team, Im looking for someone who passionate about there work and want to see the company grow, The company is fully registered and In development, but is functional and selling Web-Hosting At the moment (Way cheaper than the competition) and we are going to expand into Vps and Mc hosting. We are able to offer Such small pricing Because we have Owned hardware / Connection With Dedi provides with great deals, Requirements

• Capital / Funds
• 18+ but would consider 16+
• Passinate about there work
• Good communication skills
• Mature
• Good at speaking with Client and getting us customers.

Bonus

• Hosting Company Experience
• System Admin Experince
• Knows there way around Direct Admin
• Know how to use Petro and Install plugins

Web hosting is a tough business, especially if you are going to try and undercut on price - even if you own your own hardware. The margins are razor thin.

Some huge red flags in this post, I'll summarize for anyone doing their own DD.

• First thing here is you are looking for capital, which makes me think that there really isn't enough money to sustain the current business model
• To go with the last point, the fact that you are trying to compete in a saturated market on price, makes me think there isn't enough income to financially support this company.
• If this company is "fully registered" - you surely should know it is not legal to take investment from a minor, regardless of their maturity.
• The WHOIS information for your domain is private, if you have a legitimately registered company I don't know why that wouldn't be in the whois.
• There is no information on your website (which doesn't even really exist, just a barren client area which is the absolute bare minimum and can be setup in less than 5 minutes) as to where your company is legally registered.
• "Good at speaking with Client and getting us customers." - What? You are basically looking for someone to sell your products since this is a pain point for new hosting companies, it is a very saturated market.

Keep in mind, I have successfully operated a large hosting company with over $100k per year in net revenue. I sold my clients years ago and wound down the business in favor of other business endeavors. I would love to be proved wrong, but I hate seeing these posts which are a sham and just going to lose people money.

• I agree web hosting has very small margin but I'm not in it to make a 'Profit' I just trying to gain a customer base, Also I stated I would expand into Other fields such as Vps and Mc Hosting.
• Another reason I stated about 'would consider someone 16' Is because i would not take any capital (Funds) from them which you would know if you even bothered to message me.
• Commenting on 'The WHOIS information for your domain is private' I am aware of this, the company is very very new, Which I stated also Setting WHOIS to public not only reveals my confidential contact information to fraudsters and spammers which I dont want.
• 'There is no information on your website' Now this statement I agree with, only for the fact the website isn't finished at all, I'm in the middle of hiring a website developer to create me custom website.
• Im aware the market is saturated but i believe with Dedicated Support staff, Owned hardware, Top of the line DDoS Protection and Much more which I wont disclose I feel this project has a lot of potential.

I don't appreciate you trashing my thread, You could of had the decency to private message me and bring these up with me though Pms, I'm aware the website is bland and very new which will be fixed in the future, I'm also aware I might not have as much experience as you do but I don't feel this should stop me from being the best I can. I would kindly ask if you have any more questions to bring them up in my Pms.

I feel that it is important to share this stuff in the public. If you are running a legitimate business you should not become defensive to criticism, especially from someone with more experience.

It is important to share these things in public as well for anyone who maybe doing their due diligence before working with someone. If all of the points that I made are not true, as you seem to have pointed out, then it shouldn't matter what's said. It just gives people points to consider. However, since many of the points were left unaddressed, it still leaves doubt in my mind.

I do not feel that I trashed your thread, I feel that you do not agree with the facts presented and are simply stating that I'm "trashing" you.

Also, for someone who "owns" their hardware, it is very odd that you'd be looking for a SYS or Hetzner dedicated server
