None of these match up.
Ex. If 1 MC hour = 1 IRL minute, that means 1 MC day (24 MC hours) would be only 24 IRL minutes, not 1 IRL hour.
And since a month is 730 hours, that means 1 MC month would be 23.5 - 26.1 IRL hours, depending on the in game month.

It's not exactly exactly IRL.. It's just 75% of it. It's impossible to make it 100% IRL like. Unless you have like 1k for it..

For the ranks, well.. I'm sticking with the normal ranks for now. Such as, VIP, MVP, Premium. If you go to the outside world in real life.. Do you see anyone named "Legend" as a "VIP" or even "GOD?" It sounds weird, but most of the time I see VIP, MVP, or Premium..
VIP = Very important Person. Which I think sounds reasonable for "VIP's Only Area."
MVP = Most Valuable Person. Like VIP.
Premium = Premium. This name sounds more like if you have access to more things. It's just my opinion. :S
I'm not sure whether i'll be able to invest in this, however I have an idea (not sure how good it is) of a perk for people that have donated.
My idea is there is a server texture pack with some 3D textures, and some unused blocks are vehicles (e.g. cars), and by donating you are able to get access to drive in better vehicles than you would be able to get without donating.
Not sure if that is something you'd like, but its just an idea for you to consider.

Pets is good, having nicer looking vehicles / cars that are slightly quicker with better features ect may also persuade people. I guess you could have a pet shop and require donations to get pets from it or something along those lines. You could also sell better houses or even if you thought about it (if it is possible) clothing.
Heres a link to a plugin that lets you set any block as a vehicle, may sort of work if you wanted a few different 3D textured cars, however i've never worked with 3D textures really. https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/ridemycraft-lite.9016/
I've also had another idea: by donating you can go to private schools, which have a higher chance of getting higher grades, which could make them more likely to get better jobs / the jobs they want.
