Before I proceed, I want to just introduce myself a little, I'm Monjii, I am 18 years old and I live in London, UK. I'm a University student and also work a part-time job which I dedicate most of my time to, in my spare time, I dedicate my time doing some personal projects and also taking care of a Minecraft server that I own.

I am looking for a partner who can essentially be the face of my factions server. Some things that is required for this position is managing, administrating, configuration and communication. My ideal candidate will be over the age of 16 and will be willing to dedicate at least 4/5 hours a day, in return, you will receive a % of server donations, this will be talked about more in depth in the interview. This is essentially a job and if there's no evidence of any work/updates being done, you could potentially be fired, although this is unlikely as there will be an interview process where I will hand pick the best and most suitable candidate for this position. I will be taking interviews throughout the next following weeks, you must have discord to communicate.

Devouch, the owner is slow and almost never responds to discord. We partnered for 4 days but due to "an immature action" of dissolving a fight in the chat his staff members could not control he canceled the partnership we had and decided to leave me hanging whilst i waited for responses within 8-12 hours sometimes. Shorted time would be 4 hours. The owner himself owns dragonraids.com which is a server with a completely unbalanced economy system as well as the rank system which destroyed the economy completely. Owner knows but is terrible at managing a server. Also, i have spent a total of 200$ for this server before he told me "I don't think this is working out in text" without giving a proper voice call to discuss matters. Unprofessional and to say the least not trustworthy. Sure, I tried to come back due to my skills and I wanted to be a part of it but when you cannot communicate for at least 10 minutes i find that you lack the effort you need. Better partners can be found easily.

Let me also include the fact that his current server apparently gives him 1000$ a month? Even though his anti-cheat does not detect timer on vape, which is the same bhop. Therefore, he is using a free anti-cheat, it feels like it is the cheap excuse of NCP.
