Looking for a partner to create a server with

Hi, I am in the planning process of starting a server. I am looking for an individual that wants to partner on this server and we will run it together. I am planning on starting with a Faction, SMP, or SkyBlock server and possibly expanding to a network if we pick up traction. I am most familiar with Factions so I would prefer that but we can discuss. I have run multiple servers in the past so this isn't my first time.


Requirements:

- Ideally 18+ (if you arent 18 but are very mature I will consider)

- Previous experience running a server

- Is willing to dedicate a decent amount of time (I am not unreasonable and understand there is more to life than a video game so if you aren't on every day that is okay)

- Willing to split costs for monthly fees, plugins, developers, etc.(this is something we can discuss more)
