Can you explain what exactly is a cook group? sorry for the ignorance, tried to research a bit but couldn't find anything lol

May I just understand when you own a cook group how do you as a person profit?
To enter in the group people have to pay. It usually cost $25/months. And you can make raffle, for example you can make a raffle of sneakers which cost $200 with 20-30 entry of $20
I'm highly interested in this. I am an experienced reseller myself and know how this thing works inside out. I have more than enough money to start these things, however, I'd need to know where to money would go, and why should I put my money into investing in your cook group rather than making it alone myself. Tag me once you read this.
