Looking for a Partner to start up a server.

I'm looking for an experienced ex-server-owner to setup a server with me. This would be a small project, and I expect the partner to put a start-up fund of like $100.

I know what I'm doing, I've owned and created many servers, have done marketing for years, and already have a 32GB dedicated server to use for this project.

Of course, the profit would be split 50/50, and we'll discuss how much goes back to the server.

I'm looking for someone who can work as friends, and doesn't fuck around when they need to work.

I'm planning to create a factions server with some exotic features.
