Looking for a partner

Hello my name is Remedy aka (Ryan) i'm looking for a professional partner to start a network,
Im 19 years old and owned a few servers what came out to be pretty big.

OvidHCF when it was first launched - Untill TemptingMC scummed me and sold it to Blacklisted
Pre-Made faction servers what i didn't release

Currently just getting back into Minecraft and i've seen how bad some servers have became, with pay to win and needing ranks to get into servers but whats the fun in that when you'll be losing out on loads of players when you can make it fair for both sides, such as if people want to donate they can and if they players don't want to they can still get into the server, it'll all be fair for all players!

i've got plenty of ideas and i've already started on what i can discuss privately

What do you plan on adding to the server. I'm a small server owner looking for something else to do. I can help out with configs and plugins on the server. My only problem is that everyone seems to be makeing factions servers and i don't know anything about factions. So abit about me is i'm 14. Live in east coast U.S. Can be on at least once a day depending on school. Like helping on servers. So yeah, hope you respond soon
