Looking For a Partner

Hello, McMarket!

I am Icify, and I come here seeking for a partner, or possibly partners, in running a server.
I have a lot of experience in running servers of mostly any type. Whether they be factions, sky block, prison, or anything along those lines.

The type of partner(s) I am looking for must have the following:
- Experience in running a server.
- Experience with configuring plugins, i.e. factions, essentials, etc.
- Experience with running a website. Doesn't matter if it is Enjin or Xenforo to me.
- A budget. I have money, but not enough to run a server by myself. And even if I did, I would still want a partner.
- Trustworthy, loyal, mature, creative, and nice to players. Believe it or not, I used to work with someone who called the players fa... (Fill in the rest.)
- Someone who is active enough to help work on the server.
- Around 13-18 years old. (I am 16.)
- Someone who is serious in running a server.

Hello i am an experienced server owner looking for something extra to do. I have owned one server before and an admin on a server during the start. I can config files as that was my favorite thing to do on the server was config and setting up plugins. I can run a enjin website but am fairly new to doing it so will take some time. I think im pretty mature but can get somewhat frustrated at times (not very aften) when players are asking for aton of differnt things and i cant get it to work but tend to stay calm and never cus at a players or anything like that. I try to get on a server once a day but haven't found out how long with school know. I am 14 male. I would perfer Discord for communications. I hope you think about this.
